全球性问题研究的反思

目前的全球性问题研究实际上是全球危机研究,它起源于危机,关注的是危机,由此也不可避免地随着危机的缓解而回落.全球性问题研究应该分为全球危机研究与全球发展或人类发展研究两个部分,也就是应急研究或危机研究与宏观研究或基础研究相结合,才能为全球发展、人类发展提供根本的主动的理论论证和指导.
