| 摘 要： | 自我国加入WTO以来，外资并购一直是我国经济生活中的热点话题。上市公司作为各行业内的佼佼者，是发生外资并购的重点区域。然而，外资并购最大的负面效应就是它可能造成的垄断。因此，必须对外资收购上市公司进行反垄断意义上的规制。
