摘    要:以爽身粉中的对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和对羟基苯甲酸丙酯的高效液相色谱分析方法,用甲醇直接提取样品中的目标物,经0.45μm滤膜过滤,以甲醇和水为流动相经反相色谱柱梯度洗脱后,采用二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明:在5.0~20.0 mg/kg的添加水平,回收率在82.5%~89.2%之间,变异系数在3.7%~6.2%之间。

Determination of Methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate and Propyl p-hydroxybenzoate in Talcum Powder by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract:A method for determining methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate and propyl p-hydroxybenzoate in the talcum powder by HPLC was developed. Methanol was used as an extraction solvent in this study. The targets substance would pass through a 0.45 Ixm filter membrane to be detected by a diode-array detector. The target substance then went through RP-HPLC with water and methanol before being quantified by external standard method. At the addition level of 5.0-20.0 mg/kg, a recovery of 82.5%~89.2 % and coefficient of variation of 3.7%-6.2% was expected.
