珠三角高技能人才需求变化研究

通过文献研究和实地调研了解珠三角产业结构调整、产业转型对人才需求的变化趋势。发现人才需求在结构上由"金字塔形"逐渐向"梯形"转变,人才质量构成由"唯才是举"到"德艺双馨",人才需求多元化"专才"与"复合型人才"同时并重。企业在具体素质需求方面,除了传统对企业的忠诚、服从精神外,更加注重员工的社会学习能力、心理抗压能力和应用创新能力。提出高职教育的应对建议:建设开放型高职院校,构建与珠三角区域经济转型相匹配的专业与课程体系,在学生培养方面提供更加重视理想、信念和"正能量"的作用。

Research on the Need Changes for High-skilled Talents

To investigate the industrial structure adjustment of Pearl River Delta and the trend of talents-need changes, literature and empirical research are conducted to find out that talents-need structure is being shifted from＂pyramid＂ structure to the ＂ladder＂ structure, the talents standard from capability to both ability and integrity. Besides, more attention has been paid to both professional and diversified talents. Meanwhile, enterprises emphasize more on employees＇ social abilities, psychological anti-pressure and innovation than loyalty and submission in the specific quality requirements. Suggestions are put forward for higher vocational education including construction of open higher vocational colleges, establishment of profession and curriculum system matching with the economical transformation of Pearl River Delta. In addition, more attention should be paid to the effect of ideal, beliefs and positive energy in cultivating students.
