| 摘 要： | 文章分析了社会转型时期,新疆社区党建工作存在的主要问题,对如何立足新疆社区党建工作实际,探索一条社区党建与社区建设同步发展,协调互动的新路子,形成条块结合,资源共享,优势互补,共驻共建的局面,尤其是乌鲁木齐作为边疆民族地区首府城市,如何进一步加强社区党建,提出了几点建议。
