纳米氧化锡锑粉体分散性的研究

摘    要:首先研究了纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)在水中的分散性能,考查了pH值、分散剂种类、分散剂用量、分散时间等参数对纳米氧化锡锑的分散稳定性的影响,并采用沉降法、分光光度计表征了分散效果。结果表明,纳米氧化锡锑水性浆料的pH值控制在7左右比较适宜。分散体系最佳为采用缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷A-187,用量为体系总重量的13%左右,分散时间为30min,可获得分散稳定的纳米ATO水性浆料。

Abstract:The dispersion behaviors of nano-ATO in aqueous system were studied in this paper firstly.Influences of the value of pH,type and content of dispersants,different dispersant time and processing parameters on the dispersion stability were discussed.The results indicated that the isoelectric point was in the place that pH=2,the dispersion stability was enhanced remarkably in neutral system.The optimum dispersant was A-187,the content in dispersion system 13%,and dispersed by 30 minutes.The slurry was stable by...
