| 摘 要： | 传统的校企合作模式受我国国情的影响,在发展过程中存在许多问题和发展“瓶颈”。如何站在企业的立场上,吸引企业参与高职院校的人才培养,是问题的关键。论文探讨了高职院校的校企合作中,从简单的合作走向深层次的“一体化”模式——“达利模式”的建构过程,并分析了其中的实践价值。

| Abstract: | It is obvious there are bottlenecks in college-corporation cooperation as the conventional mode can not work well. The paper makes a discussion on how to make use of present resource of cooperation, develop a new mode. The experience in practicing ＂Dali＂ mode id presented for further discussion. |
