| Abstract: | In this paper,the total amount of water resources in Hengyang are calculated,the basic character- istics of their temporal and spatial distribution,the types of ground water are analysed.At sametime, some proposals for the development and utilization of the water resources are put forward:(1) increas- ing comprehensive benfits of the use of water;(2) strengthening mangement of water resurces;(3) exploiting groud water resources;(4) improving the macromanagement of water;(5) developing ad- raced irrigate technology and artificial precipitation |
