摘    要:本文综述了Akt的生物学及其在缺血性脑卒中的病理生理作用,并介绍了最新的相关研究进展。Akt在脑缺血再灌注损伤中呈现高磷酸化表达,对脑组织损伤有保护作用。最新研究提示,Akt具有应激反应的特征,对脑的保护作用与其它通路的协同启动有关。对Akt的深入研究将有助于对其在脑卒中作用的深入理解,也有助于相应药物的研发。

Abstract:In this paper,the biology of Akt and its physiological function in ischemic cerebral disease were discussed,and the latest research progress was introduced. Akt is high phosphorylation expressed in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,and has certain protective effect to this kind of brain damage. Recent research suggests that Akt has many features of stress reaction,and its effect on brain protection is related to its cooperative initiation with other pathways. The in-depth study of Akt will help the understanding of the role of the cerebral apoplexy and for new drug research and development.
