摘    要:在教师专业化发展的进程中对教师心理困惑和心理危机的关注必不可少。面临复杂的社会环境,教师的抗逆能力普遍下降。对教师抗逆心理素质的培养,尤其需要关注教师心理的归属感、效能感和乐观感。教师心理抗逆力培养是一个长期的过程,如何将抗逆力的培养与教师培训制度相结合是一个重要议题。

Abstract:It is necessary to pay attention to the mental health problems and psychological disorder of teachers in the process of their professional development.In the complicated social situations,teachers' resilience have descended widely.During the training of teachers' resilience,special concerns need to be given to teachers' sense of belongingness,sense of competence and sense of optimism.The cultivation of teachers'resilience is a long process.How to associate it with teachers training system is an important subject.
