| 摘 要： | 党的十六大提出把终身教育作为全面建设小康社会的重要目标之一,为贯彻和实现这一战略任务,全国上下加紧推进学习型社区建设,这为社区居民文化素养的提升提供了重要契机。由于社区居民文化素养受社区文化、居民学历与社会层次、文化心态、文化需求等因素影响,因此,应加快建立和完善社区教育机制,积极推进社区文化建设,打造优良社区文化,唤醒社区居民的文化情感与理性,激发社区居民的参与积极性,以促进社区居民文化素养的提升。
