| 摘 要： | 县域经济正日益成为江西经济发展的重要增长极。江西县域经济的发展亟须提高人才的质量。国外发达国家和新型工业化国家的职业教育在推动其经济发展的过程中发挥了显著的作用。探索这些国家职业教育的成功经验,有助于江西县域职业教育充分发挥后发优势,为县域经济发展提供人力资源保障。
