| 摘 要： | 中国经济迅速发展掀起国际范围的"汉学热"。调查发现,尽管青年英语教师有其自身不可比拟的优势,但他们的汉语文化基础相对薄弱。这将一定程度阻碍他们教学和科研的进一步发展。青年英语教师应该学贯中西,厚实母语文化基础,从中汲取丰富营养,以在教育科研上有更大作为。

| Abstract: | Rapid development of Chinese economy gives birth to Chinese Study Popularity.However,a survey indicates that the Chinese Accomplishment of the youth English teachers in colleges relatively weak in spite of their incomparable advantages as age,which more or less block them from further enhance the teaching efficiency and scientific research capability. |
