小康社会发展阶段论

本文试图从发展学的视阈,依据三代领导集体的百年建国方略,结合美国经济学家H·钱纳里的经济发展 阶段划分理论,将小康社会的发展进程划分为总体小康、全面小康和发达小康三大发展阶段,并对每一阶段的基本 特点进行初步论析。

On the Developing Stage of the Well-to-Do Society

According to the plan that found the state in a century by three generations leading group, the paper combines with American economist H. Chenery whose theory at stage of economic growth. It divides the step in development of the well-to-do society into three stages: overall well-to-do, all-round well-to-do, developed well-to-do, and analyses the characteristic of each stage.
