| Abstract: | Since the implementing of reform and opening-up policy, China, in utilizing the foreign investment, has made a great achievement. And a lot of questions emerge, which deteriorate the quality of the economic growth. The phenomena of Latin-Americanization give us a lesson that we should establish the system of utilizing the foreign investment in the dimension of scale, construction and direction of use. |
