| Abstract: | Firstly, the paper evaluates and analyzes the technical innovation capacity for foreign enterprises belonging to different regions with factor analysis and cluster analysis. Based on the analyzing results, it discusses the main reasons for the regional difference of the technical innovation capacity for foreign enterprises. |
