论意大利文艺复兴时期的妇女与劳作

在文艺复兴时期的意大利，随着新兴资本主义生产关系的产生和发展，与中世纪相比，这个时期的女性在家庭劳动和雇佣劳动领域的劳作都发生了一定的变化。从家庭劳动领域来看，除了操持家务和养育孩子，女性的劳作有时不再囿于传统的自给自足式的家庭生产。从雇佣劳动领域来看，很多女性走出家庭从事不同的工作，尽管她们的工作多是女性家庭角色的延伸，但她们的经济活动为当时社会经济的发展做出了重要贡献。不过，传统的性别观念——妇女属于家庭以及妇女缺乏劳动技能的思想，在很大程度上依然限制着妇女在社会劳动领域的选择空间。

On Women and Work in Renaissance Italy

Compared with Middle Ages, the nature of women＇s work changed in the areas of housework and employment with the emergence and development of the capitalist production relations in Renaissance Italy. In housework area, women＇s work was not merely limited to self-supporting and self-sufficient family production any more besides managing household affairs and fostering children. In employment area, women engaged in various jobs. Though many jobs that women took were the extension of their domestic roles, their economic activities played an important role in the development of social economy. Nevertheless, women were not given enough room to select their jobs due to traditional gender concept that women were subject to the family and in short of labor skiJl~
