The Analysis of Interactive Discourse between the Decision-makers and Researchers in Local Educational Planning

In the environment that the scientific policy-making is promoted,more and more researches have been used in the process of policy-making.The analysis of the interactive behavior between decision-makers and researchers in real and microcosmic planning will help us further understand their relationship.Discourse analysis will help us reflect the major participants＇ debating,discussing and convincing behavior in education planning,and it will also help us find out who says it,why they do it,what they say,and how they express it.
