| Abstract: | Zhang Xuecheng ,the well-known scholar in the Qing Dynasty, made enormous contribution to the Historical Theory. Although his life was full of difficulty, he still requested himself standards of "good historian". This article discussed his views of "good historian" from three respects to pry into his historical thoughts. |
