In the process of innovating mathematics teaching methods,teachers should pay attention to the starting point of students'learning,reasonably design the course content,actively create a relaxed and active classroom learning atmosphere,and lay the foundation for the construction of efficient classroom.Starting from the practice of mathematics teaching,this paper points out the way to find the starting point of students'learning in the daily teaching process,and puts forward an effective way to build efficient mathematics classroom based on the idea of learning starting point.
