摘    要:本文从教师职业生涯阶段和学校岗位设置的角度出发,提出要保证教师继续教育的质量,必须建立与教师职业生涯发展阶段和学校岗位素质相适应的教师继续教育目标和内容,并建立与之配套的资格证书制度和管理制度。

Abstract:On the basis of teacher's career phases and the posts set by the school,this article points out that,in order to guarantee the quality of continuing education of teacher,its goals and contents which are adapted to teacher's career phases and schools' post requirements must be established.Meanwhile,the relevant certificate system and administrative system also must be established.
