党的16届4中全会的《决定》提出了“建构社会主义和谐社会”的重要论断,其中人际关系的和谐是其基本特征之一。“在信息社会中,高科技必然会引起高情感,而高情感又必然会引起人们对‘交往’的需求”。“后工业社会的主要矛盾是人际关系,它是1个物质财富匮乏问题基本解决的富裕社会如何通告各种信息媒介达成人际的交往、沟通和共识”。可见,和谐的人际关系对于现代社会人的发展有着非常重要的意义。而作为享受和发展自我,防止人类异化的休闲体育活动,以其交往的单纯性、规范性、频繁性、直接性等为人际关系的和谐搭建了1个良好的平台。
