| 摘 要： | 珠海吸引海外留学人员政策具有系统性。从内容上看，不管是关于海归人才工作与生活待遇方面的政策，还是创业政策、科研与学术人文环境营造的政策都比较完整和细化，效果较好，但仍存在亮点不足，没能形成独特优势及海归人才总量偏少等需完善的地方。

| Abstract: | The policy for overseas retumed intellectuals in Zhuhai is well received and exercises a positive effect on the overseas returned intellectuals. The policy consist of relatively complete and specific information, including the life and work of treatment policy, entrepreneurship policy, research and academic environment policy, but it still need to be further improved. |
