| 摘 要： | 我国区域产业转移粘性的成因可以从劳动力流动、产业转移成本、产业集群、制度环境以及区域能力结构等不同视角加以剖析。为了促进我国区域产业转移的顺利进行，必须规范产业转移政策，合理引导要素流动，增加本地市场规模，培育产业承接能力，加强软环境建设，积极开展“东西互动”。

| Abstract: | We can analyze the reasons of industrial transfer cohesion from the perspective of labor mobility, industry transfer cost, industrial cluster, system environment and regional ability strucatre. In order to promote the development of our regional industrial transfer, we must regulate the industrial transfer policy, reasonably guide the flow of factors of production, increase the size of the local market, cultivate industrial undertaking ability, strengthen the construction of soft environment and actively conduct the interaction between the east and west. |
