大孔树脂对决明子提取物的吸附纯化

本文研究了大孔树脂对决明子提取物的吸附纯化,经过静态吸附,对吸附效果比较好的树脂进行了动态实验,考察了提取物溶液浓度、pH值、温度、流速和洗脱剂等因素对优选树脂吸附性能的影响,确定了最佳纯化参数.实验结果表明,弱极性大孔吸附树脂AB-8对决明子提取物具有良好的吸附解析效果,可以应用于决明子有效成分的纯化工艺.

A Study of the Big-hole Resin's Absorption of Glicoside in Semen Cassiae

This paper makes a study of the big-hole resin's absorption and purification of semen cassiae. The research begins with a static absorption and a dynamic test on more efficient resin,follows a study of the effect on the well-selected resin's absorbability of such factors as the solution density of the recovered material,pH value,temperature,current speed and the detergent.The result shows that the absorbing resin AB-8,the less extreme model,absorbs and releases the materials in semen cassia more efficiently and thus can be applied to the purifying process of the useful materials in semen cassiae.
