| 摘 要： | QFII的进入是证券市场国际化的一种体现。在目前人民币没有实现自由兑换及外汇管制的条件下,QFII制度作为过渡措施已经被引入中国证券市场。本文就QFII制度引入给中国证券市场带来的影响、短期内对国内市场运行规则的冲击及实施中应注意的问题进行了初步的分析
