摘    要:柳宗元以为数不多的诗而在学史上自成一家,对柳宗元诗的艺术风格似乎已有定评,如近年来通行的几种学史,都用“冷峭简淡”、“清峻简洁”等作柳诗的考语;然而不容忽视的是,宋代以来影响最大的却是苏轼关于柳诗“枯淡”的评论。章着重探讨这两种不同评论如何产生,以及如何看待这二之间的矛盾,并由此引发对如何全面认识和准确把握作家艺术风格的思考。

Abstract:Liu Zongyuan established himself with not so many works of poetry in the history of Chinese literature. There seems to have been stereotyped terms in evaluation of the artistic style of Liu Zongyuan's poems, as described in several books on the history of Chinese literature available in recent years. Such expressions are "cold but solemn", "plain but unique", etc.. However, Su Shi's comment on Liu Zongyuan's poetry has exerted considerable influence in the world of Chinese literature since the Song Dynasty by describing his style as "withering but solid, plain but unique". This paper focuses on the discussion of how the two different opinions came to happen, how we should deal with these two contradictory aspects, and how to take into full consideration and correctly look upon the artistic style of a writer.
