| 摘 要： | 经济腹地范围是决定一个港口发展的重要因素。为了应对周边港口日趋激烈的货源之争，福建港口必须明确自身发展定位，培育核心竞争力，发挥对台区位和政策优势，加强与台湾高雄港、基隆港等合作，建立战略联盟，借助即将建成的海西“一纵二横”高速铁路网络和国家“四纵四横”交通运输网络，共同拓展中西部经济腹地。
