| 摘 要： | 就企业如何在创新中实施超前战略展开论述，指出企业要实施超前战略，首先必须保持对基础研究领域的探索和关注，其次应努力促成破坏性创新，适时地实现技术替代，再次要善于挖掘潜在需求，创造未来市场，最后提出了几点超前战略的配套组织制度。

| Abstract: | This paper primarily discusses how enterprises actualize the preconscious strategy. Firstly they should stick to exploring and regarding basic research. And then they ought to exert disruptive innovation to timely carry out technical substitution. Thirdly,they should be good at exploiting unborn market. Finally,the paper brings forward some suggestions on organizational system matched with preconscious strategy. |
