| 摘 要： | 师者若无心,每教必输也。大学教育能成功进行,其中最重要的一点便是大学教师和学生之间的情感交流和心理沟通。心通而后方能艺通,针对当代大学生特点,结合卡尔·罗杰斯所提出的教师品质,本文就如何进行情感沟通来拉近教育者与被教育者之间的距离提出了几点看法。
