| 摘 要： | 人力资源管理是一门发展很快且应用面很广的学科。本文从多媒体教学的角度对人力资源管理课程多媒体素材类教学资源库的建设思路和方法进行了探讨。将素材库应用到教学过程中,收到了较好的效果。对提高教师教学课件制作水平,培养学生自主性学习有一定的指导意义。
