| 摘 要： | 高校学生干部是高校学生工作队伍的重要组成部分,对加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作及推动高校学生工作的有效开展具有突出意义。本文从高校学生干部队伍建设的意义入手,着重分析了队伍建设目前的状况和存在的问题,提出了解决问题的思考和建议,以期为高校学生干部队伍建设提供一些参考。
