| 摘 要： | 每年有大量实习生趋之若鹜地涌入各大媒体实习,成为了媒介人力资源的重要组成部分。但中国目前为止对实习生的管理没有达到规范和统一。本文从中国媒体实习生现状出发,结合国内外典型的有借鉴意义的案例,提出了完善实习生制度的几点思考。
