| 摘 要： | 当前我国高校办学中最大的问题之一就是缺乏突出的个性和特色。影响高校特色化发展的因素是多方面的，既有社会和文化等方面的外部因素，又有高校自身的内部因素，例如校长的治校理念等等。高校特色化发展要找准科学的定位，树立先进的理念，集中力量进行特色学科专业和师资队伍建设。

| Abstract: | Currently,one of the major problems in colleges and universities in our country is the lack of prominent characteristics.The factors affecting characteristic development can be both outer factors such as society and culture and inner factors such as the administrative ideas of the principles.To develop with characteristics needs to set precise position,own advanced ideas and focus on the construction of featured majors and faculty. |
