摘    要:以科学发展观,在全民学习的框架下,从人文的角度审视,我国学习型社会的建设是从学习到学习型,以提升人的素质为价值取向的组织学习;从网络到网络化,用全面协调为整体策略寻求和谐的发展途径;从参与到参与式,激发自我超越是可持续发展的深层内核。
