| 摘 要： | 可持续发展战略是当今世界各国政府普遍认同和广泛实施的发展战略。这种可持续发展不仅指经济的可持续发展。而且更为重要的应该指社会的可持续发展。而政治资源作为一项重要的社会资源，对于社会的良性运行和可持续发展起着关键性的作用，是维系或变革特定社会政治体系和政治秩序的决定性因素。

| Abstract: | Sustainable development strategy is commonly accepted and widely practised by every government all over the world, nowadays.Such sustainable development refer to not only the sustainable development of economy, but also the development of society. As one of the important social resources, Political-resource is the key effects to the well-operated sustaining development of society, and plays a decisive role in maintaining or transforming a certain political system or political order. |
