高职院校专业质量保证体系建设的探索与实践

专业是职业院校的产品,也是教学改革与建设的重要切入点,更是办学特色的集中体现。因此,要树立产品质量意识和建立质量保障体系,只有将专业设置、专业建设、专业质量的常态化保证体系设计好、运行好,才能提高专业办学品质与服务产业发展水平。那么如何建设专业常态化质量保证体系,就成为亟待破解的一个重大命题。通过对专业质量保证体系建设存在的主要问题探究,大胆改革实践,生成专业诊断与改进的系列规范做法,提出专业质量保证体系建设的对策与建议,供同类院校借鉴参考。

Exploration and Practice of Specialty Quality Guarantee System Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

As the product of vocational colleges,specialty is not only an important starting point of teaching reform and construction,but also the concentrated embodiment of college characteristics.Therefore,it is necessary to establish product quality awareness and proper guarantee system.Only by designing and operating the normalized guarantee system of specialty setting,specialty construction and specialty quality,can the quality of college running and service capacity for industry development be improved.How to build a normalized specialty quality guarantee system has become a vital proposition to be solved.Through probing into main problems existing in specialty quality guarantee system construction,and reforming and practicing boldly,this paper summarizes a series of standard practices of specialty diagnosis and improvement,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for specialty quality guarantee system construction,which can be used for reference by similar colleges and universities.
