职业院校财务管理专业胡格教学模式改革探讨

胡格教学模式具有能力本位、行动导向、全过程考核等特点,有利于培养学生专业能力、方法能力和社会能力。分析职业院校财务管理专业实践教学现状,针对实践教学内容不规范、实践教学方法缺乏创新、实践教学评价体系不完善、实践教学基地建设不足等问题,提出构建实践教学内容、采取行动导向教学法、完善实践教学评价体系、加强实践教学基地建设等胡格教学模式改革措施,以实现财务管理专业人才培养目标。

Discussion on the Reform of Hug Teaching Mode of Financial Management Major in Vocational Colleges

The Hug Teaching Mode has the characteristics of ability standard,action orientation and whole process assessment,which is conducive to the cultivation of students'professional ability,method ability and social ability.This paper analyzes the current situation of practical teaching of financial management major in vocational colleges,and puts forward some teaching models such as constructing practical teaching content,taking action oriented teaching method,perfecting practical teaching evaluation system and strengthening practical teaching base construction,aiming at the problems of nonstandard practical teaching content,lack of innovation in practical teaching method,imperfect practical teaching evaluation system and insufficient construction of practical teaching base,in order to achieve the goal of training financial management professionals.
