终身学习型教师的培养与发展

摘    要:进入新世纪,终身学习理念已被人们普遍接受,并成为当代重要的教育思潮与教育改革的动力。作为教育的核心力量——教师,首先要具备终身学习的理念,其次要具备培养学生终身学习素养的能力,以促进人们终身学习行为的养成,进而推进学习型社会发展。

Abstract:Lifetime learning notion has been widely accepted in the new century and becomes one of the important powers of the contemporary tides of ideology and reform. Teachers as the nuclear force of education, should first be equipped with the life-time learning notion, and the ability to cultivate students learning potentialities, so as to promote the learning type society.
