| 摘 要： | 拆出资金业务内部控制是我国商业银行内部控制体系的一个重要组成部分，对于提高我国国有商业银行拆出资金业务的运行效率具有较大的促进作用。拆出资金业务内部控制结构体系的构建必须密切联系于我国商业银行拆出资金业务的实践经验。因子分析可以为模型的有效性提供检验，从而提高了理论模型的应用价值。
