| Abstract: | The issue that running college independently is an important question in educational field today. This article focuses on discussing the appearance of running our college independently vertically and the similarities and difference between running our college independently in China vertically and college autonomy in Western country horizontally, and further analyse the conception of running college independently from two dimensions to approach the interrelations among "college autonomy" and "allowed autonomy" and "running college independently" and the connotation of running college independently. |
