分配领域中“先富”与“共富”关系问题研究

"先富"与"共富"是两个含义不同而又相互联系、相互制约的范畴;这两个范畴同效率与公平存在相互交叉的多维的复杂关系;在这种复杂关系中,收入差距必须相对合理是焦点和统一点;统一是相对的,不统一是绝对的,共同富裕就是在这种统一与不统一的矛盾运动中逐步实现的;当前我国收入差距存在明显的不合理,实现合理的措施主要有"提低、调高、保困"以及"打非"和完善体制机制等。

Research on the Relationship between " Being First Rich" and"Being Rich Altogether" in Distribution Sphere

＂Being rich first＂ and ＂common prosperity＂ are two different categories but have mutual connection and restriction. In this complicated relation, relative rationality of income gap is the focus in which unity is relative and disunity is absolute. In this case, common prosperity can be realized gradually in the movement of contradictory. Nowadays, an obvious irrationality of income gap is existed in China. In this situation, it is necessary to formulate some measures such as ＂raising the low, adjusting the high, guaranteeing the poor＂ ,＂hitting the illegal＂ and perfecting systematical mechanism and so on.
