对高等院校体育教师知识结构最佳模式的研究

通过对全国１６所原国家教委直属、省属高等院校的３５名体育专家进行问卷调查，经统计学处理，得出并分析了构成高等院校体育教师知识结构最佳模式的主要成分及其所包含的子成分，找出了构成高等院校体育教师知识结构最佳模式的各主要成分的重要程度，为高等院校体育教师队伍建设提供建议。

Study on the Best Model of the Intellectual Structure of the PE Teachers at Colleges

By the question and answer investigation of 16 higher institutions, and 35 Physical avocation experts, and by the treatment ofstatistics, we have come out and analyzed the mian components that areincluded in the bestmodel of the intellectual structure of the PE teachers at colleges, and the sub-components involved. We have also listed in degrees the main components that are included in the best model of the intellectual structure of the PE teachers at colleges, so that made suggestions for the building of a contingent of the PE teachers at colleges.
