| 摘 要： | 长期以来,教育科研课题的管理缺乏有效的机制,导致教育科研的效率不高.文章根据项目管理和流程管理的基本原理,提出了教育科研课题积分制评价方法并将其运用于实践.该方法的核心是流程设计和数值分布.

| Abstract: | There has been a lack of efficient mechanism for the management of the project of scientific research in education,causing the inefficiency of scientific research.In this essay,the evaluation method of the integral system,which is for the project of scientific research in education,is put forward and put into practice according to the basic principal of the item management and the process design management.The core of the method consists of the process design and the distribution of numberical value.The project of scientific research in education. |
