| 摘 要： | 目前我国开始了新一轮基础教育课程改革实验，传统的以选拔人才为教育目的的教育观念，已经不能适应新课程的要求，我们必须树立与新课程相适应的体现素质教育精神的，以促进学生发展为核心的现代教育价值观，人才观，学生观、教学观，课程观和评价观。

| Abstract: | A new round of basic educational reform experiment has begun in our country. However, the traditional idea of education, which regards choosing talents as the only educational purpose, now doesn't fit in with the needs of the new curriculums, which demand new ideas. We must set up new modern educational ideas such as values, view of talents, view of curriculum, view of teaching and view of evaluation, which accord with the new curriculums, reflect quality-oriented education and help to cultivate the students. |
