| Abstract: | The problems related to the copyright of e-print must be handled and solved earnestly in developing open repository projects,especially the publishers of the periodicals should be encouraged to adjust the copyright policy of the self-archiving,meanwhile their reasonable demand and legal rights and interests should be safeguarded. |
