| 摘 要： | 明朝是极为中央集权的朝代.明初的法制建设服务于强化皇权,巩固统治的目的,其制度设计在推动社会发展的同时,潜藏着中国封建社会走向衰落的危机.分别从行政法、刑法、民商法方面的具体制度设计等方面,并结合法的实行来探讨中国封建社会走向衰落的原因.

| Abstract: | The Ming dynasty is the one when the centralization of state power reached its extreme. In the early Ming dynasty,the construction of the leagal system served the ruler's purpose of enforcing the imperial power and consolidating the reign. This scheme of legal system promoted the society's development,however,it underlied the crisis that Chinese feudal society had tended towards the decline,as well as . This thesis introduces the material system schemes and their implement in the fields of adminstrative law,criminal law and economic law . Besides the reasons why the feudal society declined are also dicussed in it. |
