| Abstract: | Adopted the perspective of"Organizational Bebavior of University",which is different from the perspective of"Ordinary Physical Education"in the traditiona theory of the P.E in school,this paper systematically discusses the features of multi-function and ushering culture of the TiYu of University in New era,furthermore,analysises its beneficial effects on the High Education,Sport,the students and faculties in the university,the university orgnization itself. |
