摘    要:加强学生工程素养和实践创新能力培养,提高地质工程专业人才培养的适应性,是高校教学改革面临的重要问题。本文结合地质工程专业的特点,构建了以能力培养为核心的"一个中心、三个层次、四个训练"的新型多层次实践教学体系;通过教学与科研、学校与企业相结合的实践教学平台建设,建立了理论教学、实验教学、科学研究、工程实践相互渗透的多维度、课内外结合的新型教学组织模式,为地质工程应用型创新人才培养打下了良好基础。

Abstract:Strengthening engineering attainment and innovation ability training are always the objectives of academies.Based on geological engineering specialty,a new practice educational system with the principle that are "one center,three level and four training" has been founded.By means of foundation of practice platform that combine teaching with science reaching,university with enterprise,a new practice teaching model which combines theory teaching,experiment teaching,science research and engineering practice has been set up,which prepares strong foundation for training high-level geological engineering talent.
