| Abstract: | Huizhou Merchants got the sudden emergence on the ＂Restraining Commerce＂Policy,and became the ten merchant leaders during the Ming- Qing Dynasties. Historians and Economic historians research deeply the causes of rise of Huizhou Merchants. This article breaks through the traditional researching methods and explains the law cultural facts on the rise of Huizhou Merchants from the perspective of the social history of law. |
